1. Processing Time (The Time it Takes to Prepare Your Order)
 * All of our products are made in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
 * Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.
 * Custom or Pre-Order Items: If your order contains custom, personalized, or pre-order items, the processing time will be longer and stated clearly in the product description.
 * Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may be extended. We will announce any significant delays on our website banner or social media.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 * Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Heart Stitch Collective is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied to your order. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
 * You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
 * The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt.
 * Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order.
4. Damages, Loss, and Incorrect Addresses
A. Damages
 * Heart Stitch Collective packages all items with the utmost care. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at seed2skinsupply@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s) and the packaging.
 * We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods.
B. Lost or Stolen Packages
 * We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are confirmed lost or stolen after delivery.
 * If your tracking shows "delivered," but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office.
 * We recommend customers with a history of stolen mail use a secure delivery address or purchase insurance/signature required options (if available).
C. Incorrect Shipping Address
 * Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
 * If you notice an error immediately after placing the order, contact us within 2 hours at seed2skinsupply@gmail.com
 * If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
